Staff are EXCEPTIONALLY friendly, welcoming and informative. Breakfast has everything one could hope for and the scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly and not overdone! (I'm kinda picky about that)

Friendly receptioniste, nice clean room. They've combined two rooms to form one family room, making for a separate bedroom for the kids. Each bedroom has a TV set and share one bathroom. Super! Bathroom is not really big, but has everything you'll need. Small fridges in both bedrooms. Breakfast was fine. The lemon cake was devine. Bread warm and fresh. Pillows were a bit soft, but that seems to be a german thing? As all of our stays seemed to have very soft pillows. We will gladly return when in the area.

Room was spacious , check in/ out easy , tea/ coffee/ kettle in room . Breakfast was the best choice I’ve had in a hotel for a long while . All staff friendly and helpful. Shower / bathroom wonderful with big towels. Bedding was perfect for summer , for me the best was being able to park my car in the secure underground garage.

Very professional and friendly management and employees. The breakfast is exceptional. The rooms were very clean and the employees couldn't do enough for us. Keep up the good work!

All the guarantees that a Best Western chain offers...very kind staff, spacious rooms, very comfortable kitchen, excellent breakfast and private parking. Hotel overlooking a small town square, in total tranquility and a few kilometers from Augusta and other more important cities. Traveling by car, therefore not having the need to stay in larger cities, this is the perfect hotel!

Excellent room, the only minus is no refrigerator. A refrigerator is very necessary for travelers by car! Good breakfast, great scrambled eggs, but I would like to be able to order fried eggs.

The friendliness during the check in, Fanni was sweet, professional and very courteous. The rooms were perfect, clean and accommodating, especially with our two children. The breakfast food was very good, well prepared and tasty. I especially liked the scrambled eggs. Plenty of good coffee and friendly service. Parking was available and easy to get to.

It is very good and modern hotel in the centre of the city. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was a success, one of the best meals we have had in hotels.
